INTERFLUX® IF 8001 repair flux is a synthetic, absolutely halogen free, no-clean flux. This repair flux is developed for manual soldering operations and selective fluxing operations. It is very suitable for SMD soldering and desoldering techniques. The synthetic solution will keep the activator on the solder surface to enable easy soldering operation.
IF 8001 is compatible with lead free soldering.

Application
